This website is for searching: every listing, every city, every locality, no sign-up required. The app is for everything that happens after — bills, receipts, readings and the people involved.
For owners and tenants
Running a property
- Monthly bills, itemised
- Rent, electricity, water, maintenance and arrears broken out line by line. The server does the arithmetic, so the total on your phone matches the total on the paper bill.
- Cash occupants
- Most small Indian rentals collect rent in cash with no app involved. Record the occupant once and their bills, arrears and receipts are still tracked.
- Meter readings with a photo
- Photograph the meter. The reading is logged against the bill and the electricity amount is recomputed from it.
- Receipts both sides confirm
- Record what you received and the other party confirms it arrived. A screenshot is not a receipt; a confirmed one is.
Finding and moving in
- Saved rooms
- Shortlist a room from the app and compare the ones worth visiting, with the owner’s number to hand.
- Map view
- Browse what is available around you rather than scrolling a list of another area.
- Voice and listing assistant
- Ask for a 1 BHK under ₹15,000 near Koramangala in plain speech. It reads the same filters the web uses.
- Enquiries that follow up
- An enquiry sent from the app stays logged against the room, so you know what you asked and what came back.
Why the split
A search page that asks you to sign in cannot be indexed, and an indexed page that shows somebody else’s rent roll should not exist. So the catalogue is public and server-rendered, and everything personal lives behind a sign-in in the app where it belongs. Nothing you need to find a room is held back; nothing private is exposed to a search engine.
